PRAKTEK, Inc., as engineering and manufacturing partner with the Total Learning Research Institute (TLRI), presents "Space Explorers" , the most exciting learning program available today, for elementary and middle schools, camps, museums, and science centers.

Using a three-quarters scale working model of the space shuttle cockpit and it’s corresponding mission control center, the system enables students to learn the "Space Explorers" Learning Principles—an enhanced cooperative learning process that builds student skills in communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making.

Mastering the "Space Explorers" Learning Principles culminates in the students ability to use effective teamwork strategies. Teamwork is essential for living in our communities and in the modern workplace.

Students are exposed to technological understanding for life use by effectively demonstrating how technologies are used in the "real" world.
